高等职业院校独特的培养目标决定了其校园文化的独特性,高等职业院校兼具高等教育与职业教育的特殊属性使高职院校成为校园文化与企业文化的熔炉。然而,校园文化与企业文化在内涵上的差异,已成为高职院校毕业生的就业障碍,解决该问题的关键在于以文化渗透实现校园文化与企业文化的融合。通过对高职院校校园文化与企业文化的关系及高职校园文化与企业文化对接的意义等的分析,探索高职校园文化与企业文化渗透的路径和模式,从而提高人们对高职校园文化与企业文化渗透重要性的认识,更主动、更科学地进行校企文化渗透的实践,建设具有高职特色的校园文化,促进高职教育的持续、快速、健康发展。
The unique cultivation target of higher vocational colleges determines the uniqueness of its campus culture. Higher vocational colleges combine the special attributes of higher education and vocational education, making higher vocational colleges the melting pot of campus culture and corporate culture. However, the difference between the connotation of campus culture and corporate culture has become the obstacle of employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges. The key to solve this problem lies in the integration of campus culture and corporate culture through cultural infiltration. Through the analysis of the relationship between campus culture and corporate culture in higher vocational colleges and the significance of connecting campus culture with corporate culture in higher vocational colleges, this paper explores the path and pattern of campus culture and corporate culture infiltration in higher vocational colleges, so as to enhance people’s awareness of campus culture And the importance of corporate culture infiltration, more proactive and more scientific practice of school-enterprise culture infiltration, building a campus culture with high vocational characteristics and promote the sustained, rapid and healthy development of higher vocational education.
