应用红外热像技术检测银触头的钎焊质量，从红外热图上可以发现钎焊缺陷部位。本文详细地分析了红外检测技术的各种影响因素。试验结果表明，红外热像检测是一种很有应用价值的方法。
Application of infrared thermography to detect the quality of silver soldering brazing, brazing defects can be found from the infrared heat map. This article analyzes in detail the various influencing factors of infrared detection technology. The experimental results show that infrared thermal imaging is a valuable method.
