广州轨道交通3号线天河客运站折返线及风道采用全断面水平冻结、矿山法开挖及构筑施工。为了确定合理的冻结方案,采用有限元法计算对冻土帷幕多种厚度和温度下的受力及变形状况进行分析。结果表明:冻结帷幕厚度2.0 m,平均温度-10℃时,冻土帷幕参数最为合理。在此基础上,对冻结帷幕安全状态进行计算,得到冻结帷幕的优化设计方案。
Guangzhou Metro Line 3 Tianhe Bus Station return line and the wind tunnel using the full level of freezing, mining law and construction. In order to determine the reasonable freezing scheme, the finite element method is used to analyze the stress and deformation under various thickness and temperature of frozen soil curtain. The results show that the parameters of frozen soil curtain are the most reasonable when the thickness of frozen curtain is 2.0 m and the average temperature is -10 ℃. On this basis, the security status of the frozen curtain is calculated and the optimal design of the frozen curtain is obtained.
