该文根据永磁振器的磁路的特点,提出了用永久磁钢作磁源设计磁路时的计算思路和方法;闸明了永久磁钢工作点的特点、确定方法及计算公式。该文着重而又为详细地推导了磁路系统中工作部分的磁导和非工作部分磁导以及漏磁系数的计算公式。并从而导出合理计算永久磁钢的尺寸的公式。与此同时,还讨论了影响磁路中各部分磁导各个参数之间的相互关系。图8幅,表7个,参考文献5种。
According to the characteristics of the magnetic circuit of the permanent magnet, this paper puts forward the calculation ideas and methods when designing the magnetic circuit with the permanent magnetic steel as the magnetic source. The brake states the characteristics, the determination method and the formula of the working point of the permanent magnet. This paper focuses on the derivation of the magnetic permeance and non-working partial permeability and the formula of the leakage coefficient of the working part in the magnetic circuit system. And thus derive a reasonable formula for calculating the size of the permanent magnet. At the same time, it also discusses the relationship between the various parameters that affect the permeability of each part of the magnetic circuit. Figure 8, Table 7, 5 references.
