使用年久的井架 ,会在其杆件和联结部位产生各种各样的缺陷 ,直接影响钻井作业的安全。为了正确评定在用井架承载能力 ,提出了一种井架计算机模拟试验中等效处理计算机数值模型的方法。以现场载荷试验的实测数据为基础 ,修正计算机中结构分析采用的井架数值模型 ,得到逼近被测井架真实结构的计算机数值模型 ,然后利用该模型在计算机上进行井架逐级加载试验。实例测试和计算机载荷模拟试验表明 ,这种方法可使井架的试验和分析更加全面、准确、可靠 ,而且适用于各种类型的井架。
The used derrick will produce a variety of defects in its stems and joints, which will directly affect the safety of drilling operations. In order to correctly evaluate the bearing capacity of derrick, a method of equivalent computer numerical simulation in derrick computer simulation was proposed. Based on the measured data of the field load test, the numerical model of the derrick used in the structural analysis of the computer is modified to obtain the numerical model of the computer approaching the real structure of the derrick to be tested. Then the derrick load test is carried out on the computer by using the model. The example test and the computer load simulation test show that this method can make the test and analysis of derrick more comprehensive, accurate and reliable, and it is suitable for all kinds of derricks.
