同心是宁夏南部山区回族人口比重较高（81％）的县，制约回族女童教育发展的因素主要是：经济生活水平低，文化观念淡薄，教师缺乏，学校吸引力较差。
Concentricity is the county with a high proportion of Hui people (81%) in the mountainous areas of southern Ningxia. The main factors restricting the educational development of Hui girls are: low level of economic life, weak cultural concepts, lack of teachers, and poor school attractiveness.
