1.故障现象1台某型号混凝土泵车进行投产前的工业试验,在试验了100h时出现转台回转铜套脱出现象,如图1所示。回转铜套脱出可能会断裂,甚至导致泵车倾翻等严重事故。因此应找出原因,并采取相应的改进措施。2.回转铜套受力分析该型号泵车采用齿条缸驱动回转轴转动的方式,实现转台回转。其结构如图2所示。回转铜套与固定转塔座孔设计为过盈配合,过盈量符合国标H7/p6要求。根据该泵车回转铜套的结构特点,装配后转台回转轴与铜套的最小间隙为0.05mm,并采用润滑脂润滑。
