2015年,珠海市会展业在面对珠三角会展市场的激烈竞争环境中实现了快速发展。人才是企业发展的核心竞争力,但目前珠海市会展业在人力资源供给方面存在专业会展从业人员总量不足,专业结构不合理,人才流动性强等问题。要为会展业的发展提供持续动力,就必须创新发展人力资源供给的渠道,从外部供给、内部供给等来源着手,丰富人力资源供给渠道,促进珠海市会展业的可持续发展。
In 2015, the convention and exhibition industry in Zhuhai achieved rapid development in the face of fierce competition in the convention and exhibition market in the Pearl River Delta. Talents are the core competitiveness of enterprise development. However, at present, the convention and exhibition industry in Zhuhai has some problems such as the shortage of professional exhibition employees, irrational professional structure and the mobility of qualified personnel in terms of human resources supply. To provide continuous driving force for the development of the exhibition industry, we must innovate and develop the channels of human resources supply, start from the sources of external supply and internal supply, enrich the human resources supply channels and promote the sustainable development of the convention and exhibition industry in Zhuhai.
