粉末特征是影响激光快速成形件力学性能的重要因素。本文用气雾化法和旋转电极法制造的IN718粉末开展激光快速成形研究,分析了这两种粉末对成形件力学性能的影响。结果显示,气雾化IN718粉末中的裹入气体在激光快速成形过程中容易继续残留在成形件中,使其成形件拉伸断口中的气孔明显比旋转电极法粉末激光成形件的多;用旋转电极IN718粉末则可基本消除气孔现象,同时,成形件的力学性能相比气雾化粉末制备的成形件有不同程度的提高。
Powder characteristics are important factors affecting the mechanical properties of laser rapid prototyping. In this paper, the rapid prototyping of IN718 powder by the gas atomization method and the rotating electrode method was carried out. The effects of these two powders on the mechanical properties of the formed parts were analyzed. The results show that the entrapped gas in the gas-atomized IN718 powder can easily remain in the forming part during the laser rapid prototyping process so that the pores in the forming part are significantly larger than those of the rotating electrode powder laser forming part. Rotor electrode IN718 powder can basically eliminate the phenomenon of stomata, at the same time, the mechanical properties of molded parts compared to aerosol powder prepared parts have different degrees of improvement.
