目的 :研究α-干扰素 (α -IFN)和γ -干扰素 (γ -IFN)对翼状胬肉成纤维细胞体外增殖的影响。方法 :采用组织培养技术建立翼状胬肉成纤维细胞系 ,用MTT比色法测定α -IFN和γ -IFN对翼状胬肉成纤维细胞的增殖的影响。结果 :α -IFN和γ -IFN可明显抑制翼状胬肉成纤维细胞的增殖 ,并呈剂量依赖效应 ,γ -IFN的抑制作用略强于α-IFN。结论 :IFN是一组翼状胬肉成纤维细胞增殖的负性调节因子 ,有望在翼状胬肉的防治中发挥重要作用
Objective: To study the effects of α-IFN and γ-IFN on proliferation of human pterygium fibroblasts in vitro. Methods: Tissue culture technique was used to establish pterygium fibroblast cell line. MTT assay was used to determine the effect of α-IFN and γ-IFN on the proliferation of pterygium fibroblasts. Results: α-IFN and γ-IFN significantly inhibited the proliferation of pterygium fibroblasts in a dose-dependent manner. The inhibitory effect of γ-IFN was slightly stronger than that of α-IFN. Conclusion: IFN is a negative regulator of the proliferation of pterygium fibroblasts and is expected to play an important role in the prevention and treatment of pterygium
