文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,阐述了太极拳运动对中老年人体的中枢神经系统、心血管系统及微循环系统的影响。说明了太极拳对促进中老年人的身心健康、防病治病,是一项很好的有氧运动。
In this paper, the methods of literature review and logic analysis are used to explain the influence of Taijiquan on the central nervous system, cardiovascular system and microcirculation system in middle-aged and elderly people. It shows that Taijiquan is a good aerobic exercise to promote the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly people and to prevent and treat diseases.
