分析了旧水泥混凝土路面采用不同沥青罩面工艺时,路面体系温度场从沥青层摊铺时刻的变化规律;并建立三维有限元模型,计算了不同碾压阶段水泥板内应力水平和翘曲变形状况;采用ProVAL软件计算了水泥混凝土板翘曲对沥青层平整度的影响。结果表明:直接在旧水泥路面表面加铺薄沥青罩面会使混凝土板上表面温度最高达80℃以上,在板内产生非常大的平均温升和温度梯度;旧水泥混凝土路面板在四边自由情况下由热翘曲产生的变形对沥青层的IRI影响非常明显;在旧水泥路面与沥青罩面间设置热阻隔离层,或者对罩面层采用多层多次施工工艺,能够有效降低旧水泥混凝土路面板热翘曲对沥青层平整度的不利影响。
