目的:比较两种工艺制备的参芪扶正注射液对荷S180小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬廓清能力、抑制肿瘤能力的影响。方法:42只荷瘤小鼠随机分成5组,分别为对照组、现工艺参芪扶正注射液高剂量组(8 g.kg-1)和临床等效剂量组(4 g.kg-1)、原工艺参芪扶正注射液高剂量组(8 g.kg-1)和临床等效剂量组(4 g.kg-1)。ip给药,1次/d,12 d后以碳廓清法测网状内皮系统吞噬指数K,然后处死小鼠,称取体重、肿瘤、肝、脾及胸腺重量。结果:4个给药组瘤重和肿瘤指数皆低于对照组,除原工艺的低剂量组外,与对照组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01~P<0.05),同一剂量两种工艺制剂之间差异无统计学意义;现工艺的2个剂量组吞噬指数皆高于对照组,与对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01~P<0.05);4 g.kg-1剂量组,现工艺组吞噬指数显著高于原工艺组(P<0.05);4个给药组脾指数皆高于对照组(P<0.05),肝指数及胸腺指数无显著性差异;同一剂量两种工艺制剂比较无显著性差异。结论:在临床等效剂量(4 g.kg-1),现工艺制备的参芪扶正注射液可显著提高荷瘤小鼠的网状内皮系统吞噬廓清能力,效果优于原工艺;同时可有效延缓肿瘤生长,提高脾指数,与原工艺无明显差异。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection prepared by two kinds of techniques on the phagocytic clearance ability and tumor suppression ability of reticuloendothelial system in S180 mice. Methods: Forty-two tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into five groups: control group, current technology Shenqi Fuzheng injection high dose group (8 g.kg-1) and clinical equivalent dose group (4 g.kg-1). The original technology Shenqi Fuzheng Injection high-dose group (8 g.kg-1) and the clinical equivalent dose group (4 g.kg-1). After ip administration, once a day, the phagocytic index K of the reticuloendothelial system was measured by carbon clearance method after 12 days. The mice were then sacrificed, and the weights of body weight, tumor, liver, spleen, and thymus were weighed. RESULTS: The tumor weight and tumor index were lower in the four administration groups than in the control group. In addition to the low-dose group of the original technology, the differences between the control group and the control group were statistically significant (P<0.01 to P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the two preparations; the phagocytic index of both doses of the current technology was higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01 to P<0.05); 4 g.kg- In the 1 dose group, the phagocytic index of the artisan group was significantly higher than that of the original group (P<0.05); the spleen index of the four groups was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference between the liver index and the thymus index; There was no significant difference in the dose of the two process preparations. Conclusion: In the clinical equivalent dose (4 g.kg-1), Shenqi Fuzheng injection prepared by the current technology can significantly improve the reticuloendothelial system phagocytic clearance capacity of tumor-bearing mice, the effect is better than the original process; at the same time effective Delayed tumor growth and increased spleen index were not significantly different from the original process.
