现有液力变矩器的液力计算方法都是以工作轮中间流线叶片的参数(半径、叶片角等)为依据进行计算的。工作轮中间流线叶片角对变矩器的性能影响很大。工作轮的叶片大都是空间曲面体形状,而且具有变厚度的流线型形状。直接测量中间流线叶片角是很困难的,因为中间流线的位置很难找,同时仅能测量到叶片表面的倾斜角,而不能测得设计计算所需的叶片骨线的倾斜角。本文提出测量叶片中间流线的形状,通过作展开图,确定叶片骨线入口角和出口角的测绘方法。
The hydraulic calculation method of the existing torque converter is based on the parameters (radius, blade angle, etc.) of the flow-line blades in the middle of the working wheel. In the middle of the working wheel, the flow line blade angle has a great influence on the performance of the torque converter. Most of the leaves of the working wheel are space-curved body shapes, and have a streamlined shape with a variable thickness. It is very difficult to directly measure the middle streamline blade angle because the position of the middle streamline is hard to find and only the inclination angle of the blade surface can be measured and the slant angle of the blade bone line required for design calculation can not be measured. In this paper, we propose to measure the shape of the streamline in the middle of the blade, and to map the entrance and exit angles of the blade by using the expanded view.
