教学是培养人的活动。教学公平,其实就是在保障学生平等参与教学活动的基础上,最大可能地使学生获得最适合自己的发展。这里包含了两层含义:教学公平首先要做到的是平等,也就是每个学生都能够参与到教学活动中来,他们都在教师的“视域”中。其次是尊重个体差异,因为每个学生的天赋、能力、兴趣、认知各有不同,教学的要求自然也应不同。倘若以同样的标准,机械地衡量所有的学生,就好比不同的选手站在不同起点,却
Teaching is to train people’s activities.
