对用于工程塑料的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯成型过程的要求是“快速结晶”。本文论述了PET快速结晶的含义及其与冷法晶双峰中高温峰的关系,指出冷结晶高温峰峰温愈低,注射模塑要求的模温愈低,满足快速结晶的要求。因此,提出用冷结晶高温峰峰温的高低,结合特性粘度[η]作为PET快速结晶的一种表征。一般情况下,冷结晶高温峰峰温低于100℃的PET,可称为快速结晶PET。
The requirement for polyethylene terephthalate molding processes for engineering plastics is “rapid crystallization.” This paper discusses the meaning of PET rapid crystallization and its relationship with the high temperature peak of cold crystallization double peak. It is pointed out that the lower peak temperature of cold crystallization is, the lower the mold temperature required by injection molding satisfies the requirements of rapid crystallization. Therefore, it is proposed to use the high and low peak temperature of cold crystallization at high temperature, in combination with the intrinsic viscosity [η] as a characterization of rapid crystallization of PET. Under normal circumstances, cold crystallization peak temperature below 100 ℃ peak PET, can be called fast-crystallized PET.
