为全面了解和分析历城区二次供水卫生现状,1998年1月我们应用哈尔滨医科大学范春等人建立的二次供水卫生管理指数对本区21处二次供水进行了卫生学调查,并代入二次供水卫生管理指数计算公式进行综合性评价.1 方法l.1计算二次供水卫生管理指数(Ai)Ai=0.71X_1+0.05X_2+0.24X_3(1)公式(1)中X为二次供水污染事故发生的主要原因,它们的含义分别是:X_1为二次水设计及安装不合理,X_2为水箱存在被污染的隐患,X_3为卫生管理不善.每个X都分别设有三个不同项目,每个项目,存在问题取值为1,不存在的问题取值为0,所以X的计算值可能为0~3.X前面的系数为权重.将X取值后代入公式(l),计算Ai指数.Ai越大,说明存在的隐患越多,造成污染事故发生的危险性越大.
