从工业组织理论角度来分析电力市场及其参与者的行为规律 ,根据电力工业的特点 ,指出电力市场既不是完全竞争的也不是完全垄断的市场 ,而是介于两者间的垄断性竞争和寡头垄断性市场 ,因此电力市场参与者具有寡头垄断市场所具有的市场力等特征。同时分析了在市场竞争中参与者可通过协作和不协作博弈进行决策 ,其中协作博弈可获取更大利益 ,但有被欺骗的危险。文中也指出了用户需求弹性、市场信息公开及共享以及市场监管对市场公正有序、稳定运行的重要性
From the perspective of industrial organization theory, we analyze the behavior of the electricity market and its participants. According to the characteristics of the power industry, we point out that the electricity market is neither a completely competitive nor a monopoly market, but is a monopolistic competition between the two. Oligopoly market, so the power market participants have the market power and other characteristics of the oligopoly market. At the same time, it is analyzed that in the market competition, participants can make decisions through cooperation and non-cooperation game, in which the cooperative game can gain more benefits, but there is danger of being deceived. The article also points out the importance of the elasticity of user demand, openness and sharing of market information, and the importance of market supervision to the orderly and stable operation of the market.
