电力行业作为关系到我国国计民生的重要行业之一,在人们生产生活中起到的作用不言而喻,加强电力行业的规范化管理利国利民,对于我国经济的发展具有重要的推动作用。本文对电力企业面临的营销风险进行科学的辨识和评价分析,提出了一系列营销风险规避与防控管理措施,希望能够为电力企业营销风险管理的完善以及各项工作的规范、有序运行提供一定的参价值。
