目的分析粮谷类食物中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的含量,为建立食品中黄曲霉毒素的限量标准提供依据。方法建立免疫亲和层析柱净化、柱前衍生、高效液相色谱荧光检测器测定的方法,并分析食品中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的含量。结果在0.15 ng/ml~50 ng/ml时,所得回归方程的相关系数均>0.99。黄曲霉毒素B1、G1方法检出限为0.10 ng/g,黄曲霉毒素B2、G2方法检出限为0.03 ng/g。该方法的精密度为0.13%~9.5%,加标回收率为70%~106%。花生酱、米粉样品中检出黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2,大米、玉米渣未检出黄曲霉毒素。结论该方法灵敏度和准确度较高,适用于粮谷类食品中黄曲霉毒素的检测。本研究中有样品检出黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2,但其含量均没有超过国家限量标准。
Objective To analyze the contents of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2 in cereals and provide basis for establishing the limit of aflatoxins in foodstuffs. Methods Immunoaffinity column purification, pre-column derivatization and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fluorescence detector were used to determine the content of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 in food samples. The correlation coefficient of the regression equation was> 0.99 between 0.15 ng / ml and 50 ng / ml. The detection limit of aflatoxin B1 and G1 was 0.10 ng / g, and the detection limit of aflatoxin B2 and G2 was 0.03 ng / g. The precision of this method is 0.13% ~ 9.5%, and the spiked recoveries are 70% -106%. Peanut butter, rice flour samples were detected aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2, rice, corn residue was not detected aflatoxin. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity and accuracy and is suitable for the determination of aflatoxins in cereals. In this study, samples were detected aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2, but its content did not exceed the national limit.
