神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSCs)存在于中枢神经系统中,能够自我更新并具有多向分化潜能。近年来,NSCs疗法为一些难以治疗的神经系统疾病带来了希望。随着转分化技术的进步,NSCs来源更加广泛,但由于移植治疗对NSCs有很高的要求,其来源是否能满足移植的需要,也尚未明了。目前,NSCs尚未有普遍认可的组织来源,各种NSCs来源都有一定的缺陷,包括实际应用的取材限制、不同来源的功能差异等,NSCs的应用主要集中在非临床研究阶段。本文就NSCs的来源及移植治疗部分神经系统疾病的最新研究进展作一综述。
Neural stem cells (NSCs) exist in the central nervous system and are capable of self-renewal and have multidirectional differentiation potential. In recent years, NSCs have brought hope for some refractory neurological diseases. With the progress of transdifferentiation, the sources of NSCs are more extensive. However, it is unclear whether the origin of NSCs is very high due to the high demand of transplantation. At present, NSCs have not been universally accepted sources of organization, all kinds of NSCs have some sources of defects, including the actual application of the material limitations, different sources of functional differences, the application of NSCs mainly in the non-clinical research phase. This article reviews the sources of NSCs and the recent advances in the treatment of partial neurological diseases.
