在钢铁企业中从钢结构行车梁的设计上来看按照原来旧的规范对钢结构行车梁进行的设计,看出钢梁的承受能力有些偏差。在施工的过程中,制作的钢结构行车梁存在一些误差,例如有焊缝的质量不合格的问题、道轨的安装不对中等误差。在实际的生产与使用中,一些小的隐患问题没有得到及时地解决与修正,没有对失稳的现象做出正确的分析。本文通过对钢结构行车梁失稳的原因从生产使用管理、施工过程、设计这三个方面进行了分析,为今后的钢铁企业解决钢结构行车梁失稳问题提供了借鉴。
In the design of the steel structure driving beam in the iron and steel enterprises, the design of the steel structure driving beam according to the original old code shows that the bearing capacity of the steel beam is somewhat deviated. In the process of construction, there are some errors in the fabricated steel structure driving beam, for example, the quality of the weld is unqualified, and the installation of the track is not correct. In actual production and use, some minor hidden problems have not been solved and corrected in time, and there is no correct analysis of the phenomenon of instability. This paper analyzes the reasons of instability of the driving beam of the steel structure from three aspects of production and use management, construction process and design, which provides a reference for the iron and steel enterprises to solve the problem of instability of the driving beam of the steel structure in the future.
