采用 X 荧光光谱点滴滤纸片薄样法直接测定江西龙南低钇稀土全分离工艺扩大试验中的萃取液分组组分 Dy-Ho-Er-Y-Tm。方法快速、准确、制样简便,避免了粉末氧化物制样的繁琐化学操作和磨样压片等手续,大大缩短了分析周期,有力地促进了工艺研究的进程。本法分析范围宽,低含量的 Tm_2O_3,其测定下限为0.05%(绝对量为几微克),高含量的 Er_2O_3可达60%。方法精密度好,其变异系数除低含量的 Tm_2O_3为1.2%外,其余均优于0.8%。
X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy was used to directly measure Dy-Ho-Er-Y-Tm, an extract component of the extended extraction solution of low-yttrium rare earth in Longnan, Jiangxi province. The method is rapid, accurate and easy to sample preparation. It avoids the cumbersome procedures of chemical operation and grinding and tabletting of powder oxide samples, shortens the analysis period and promotes the process research. The method has a wide range and low content of Tm 2 O 3, and the lower limit of determination is 0.05% (the absolute amount is several micrograms), and the high content of Er 2 O 3 can reach 60%. The precision of the method was good. The coefficient of variation was better than 0.8% except the low content of Tm_2O_3 was 1.2%.
