以汕型野败不育系汕A为母本,15个籼粳中间型恢复系为父本配制的三系亚种组合进行优势和相关分析。结果表明,三系亚种间杂种优势主要表现在穗粒数上,穗数和结实率与对照相当,而千粒重呈显著负优势;杂种产量与穗粒数、穗数、结实率、千粒重呈极显著正偏相关,而这4个性状之间又呈极显著负偏相关。中间型父本的籼粳性与其杂种各主要农艺性状的相关不显著。选育株型理想、千粒重稍大、穗粒结构合理的中间型恢复系是获得更强亚种间杂种优势的关键。
The Shannong A male sterile line Shantou was used as female parent, and 15 indica-japonica intermediate restorer lines were used as male parents to make the superiority and correlation analysis. The results showed that the heterosis among three subspecies mainly showed the number of spikelets per panicle, the number of spikelets and the seed setting rate were comparable with the control, while the thousand-kernel weight had a significant negative advantage. The heterosis of spikelets per spike, panicle number, Significantly positive correlation, and these four traits also showed a significant negative correlation. The correlation between indica and japonica of middle type paternal and their major agronomic traits was not significant. It is the key to gain more intersubspecific heterosis by breeding an ideal plant type with a thousand-grain weight and a middle-type restorer with reasonable grain-ear structure.
