目的比较尿中2,5-己二酮测定的固相微萃取-气相色谱法(SPME-GC)和溶剂萃取-气相色谱法(LLEGC)。方法尿样经酸水解后,分别采用固相微萃取和乙醚液液萃取,再用气相色谱法测定。并比较2种方法的精密度及加标回收率,且用2种方法分别对正己烷接触人员的尿样进行测定。结果 2种方法的精密度及准确度结果均符合测定规范要求;正己烷接触人员尿样测定结果经t检验,2种方法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论固相微萃取-气相色谱法测定尿中2,5-己二酮简便、快速、灵敏度高,适用于尿中2,5-己二酮的测定。
Objective To compare SPME-GC and solvent extraction-gas chromatography (LLEGC) for the determination of 2,5-hexanedione in urine. Methods Urine samples were acid-hydrolyzed by liquid-phase microextraction and ether-liquid extraction respectively and then determined by gas chromatography. The precision and spike recoveries of the two methods were compared. The urine samples from n-hexane exposure were measured by two methods respectively. Results The accuracy and accuracy of the two methods were in accordance with the requirements of the test. The results of urine samples from n-hexane contact persons were analyzed by t test. There was no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.05). Conclusion Solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography for the determination of 2,5-hexanedione in urine is simple, rapid and sensitive. It is suitable for the determination of 2,5-hexanedione in urine.
