科学有效的培训需求分析是培训项目成功的关键因素之一,传统的培训需求分析难以满足组织、任务、人员三个维度的需求。基于胜任力的需求分析方法吸收传统方法基础上,以岗位胜任力为核心,兼顾组织和个人发展需要,可以有效解决这个问题。本文探讨了采用胜任力思维对油田技能培训调研中需求分析的方法,有助于提高油田技能培训项目设计的针对性。
Scientific and effective training needs analysis is one of the key factors in the success of training programs. The traditional training needs analysis can not meet the needs of the three dimensions of organization, tasks and personnel. Based on the traditional method of absorbing demand, the competency-based needs analysis method takes the post competency as the core and takes into account the needs of the development of the organization and the individual, which can effectively solve this problem. This article explores the use of competency thinking on oil field skills training needs analysis method to help improve the design of oil field skills training project targeted.
