介绍了一种结构紧凑的一体化混合集成本振混频组件和工程设计方法。该组件由具有机械调谐功能的鳍线耿氏振荡器与采用简化鳍线一微带魔T结构制作的单平衡混频器连接构成。设计制作的工程样品在Ka频段的测试指标为:本振工作在35 GHz,射频在26.5~40 GHz的频率范围内变化时,组件的变频损耗为4.7~9.5dB:中频选定为100MHz,射频随本振在33~37GHz的4GHz机调带宽内变化时,组件的变频损耗为4.9~6.2dB。
A compact and integrated hybrid integrated local oscillator mixing component and engineering design method are introduced. The assembly consists of a Fin-Line Gunn oscillator with mechanical tuning and a single-balanced mixer using a simplified Fin-Microphone T-structure. The designed test samples in the Ka frequency band are as follows: the local oscillator operates at 35 GHz and the radio frequency varies from 26.5 to 40 GHz, the frequency conversion loss of the component is 4.7 to 9.5 dB: Set as 100MHz, RF with the local oscillator in the 33GHz to 37GHz 4GHz machine bandwidth changes, the components of the frequency conversion loss of 4.9 ~ 6.2dB.
