本研究将活性粉混凝土中的硅灰利用水淬炉石粉取代,探讨不同炉石粉取代量添加钢纤维含量1%、2%抗压强度变化,找出炉石取代后抗压强度可达到150 MPa最佳配比,并控制流度值在200~250 mm避免添加钢纤维有沉淀的现象发生。试验结果比较150 MPa炉石活性粉混凝土的静动态韧性、及微观晶体结构的差异性。
In this study, the silica fume in the activated powder concrete was replaced by water quenched stone powder to investigate the change of 1% and 2% compressive strength of steel fiber with different burden of blast furnace slag. The compressive strength of the slag after substitution was found to reach 150 MPa Good ratio, and control the flow of 200 ~ 250 mm in value to avoid adding steel fiber precipitation phenomenon. The test results compare the static dynamic toughness of 150 MPa slag activated concrete with microscopic crystal structure.
