目的观察细菌溶解产物对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者免疫功能的影响。方法 62例COPD患者,采取数字随机法分成观察组和对照组,每组31例。对照组采取常规吸入治疗,观察组则在此基础上,加用细菌溶解产物治疗。比较两组对免疫功能的影响。结果观察组免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、Ig A水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组辅助性T细胞17(Th17)、Th17/调节性T细胞(Treg)水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细菌溶解产物可确切提高COPD患者的免疫功能,可能对患者的治疗有利。
Objective To observe the effect of bacterial lysate on immune function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Sixty-two COPD patients were divided into observation group and control group by digital randomization method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group to take conventional inhalation therapy, the observation group is on this basis, plus bacterial lysate treatment. The effects of two groups on immune function were compared. Results The levels of immunoglobulin (Ig) G and Ig A in observation group were better than those in control group (P <0.05). The levels of T helper 17, Th17 / Treg in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Bacterial lysates can improve the immune function of patients with COPD and may be beneficial to the treatment of patients.
