为提高聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)的性能,以Cu(Ⅲ)络离子为引发剂,以一定物质的量配比的丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸钠混合水溶液,通过共聚反应合成了带支链的部分水解HPAM.实验结果表明:采用共聚法可合成水解度为10%~30%,超高黏度平均相对分子质量(Mr)为6.0×106的聚合物;增加Cu(Ⅲ)络离子及链转移剂甲酸钠的浓度将导致聚合物的Mr降低;降低初始聚合温度有利于提高聚合物的Mr.
