在教学授课模式上有班组课程,也有一对一辅导,无论在什么样的授课模式下,总会遇到同样的问题,究竟要以什么样的心态来对待学生?想要让学生在学习中提高,不是一蹴而就的,而是被多方面因素所影响着,要想达到满意的教学效果,教师就要细致认真,构建和谐融洽的师生关系以及优化教师与家长的关系。
