提出用微片棱镜堆实现大功率激光二极管线列阵器件的光束整形 ,进而实现光纤耦合输出。利用这一技术得到了直径为 60 0 μm的光纤耦合输出的大功率半导体激光 ,总效率大于 50 %。它具有易于制造、调整简便、结构简单的优点。文中从理论、计算机模拟以及实验三个方面对微片棱镜堆的整形进行了分析讨论。
It is proposed to realize the beam shaping of the high-power laser diode array device by using the microtiter prism stack, and to realize the fiber-coupled output. Using this technique, a high power semiconductor laser with a fiber-coupled output with a diameter of 60 μm was obtained with a total efficiency of more than 50%. It has the advantages of easy to manufacture, easy to adjust, simple structure. In this paper, three aspects of theory, computer simulation and experiment on the micro prism prism heap plastic surgery were analyzed and discussed.
