以脂醇比、脂药比和超声时间为自变量,以包封率、粒径、电位为评价指标,利用模糊评价法对二氢杨梅素脂质体的制备工艺进行优化,得到较佳的工艺参数为:脂醇比为7︰1(g/g);脂药比为3︰1(g/g),超声时间为35 min。此条件下制备的二氢杨梅素具有良好的稳定性,120 d以内各评价指标变化很小。
Taking the ratio of alcohol to lipid, the ratio of lipid to drug and the time of ultrasonic as the independent variables, the encapsulation efficiency, particle size and potential were taken as the evaluation indexes to optimize the preparation process of dihydromycetin liposome by using the fuzzy evaluation method. The process parameters were: the ratio of fatty alcohol to alcohol was 7︰1 (g / g); the ratio of lipid to drug was 3︰1 (g / g); the time of ultrasound was 35 min. Dihydromyricetin prepared under these conditions has good stability, within 120 days of each evaluation index changes very little.
