通过对平面单质体不等质径积同向回转振动系统的运动分析 ,运用Hamilton原理建立了该系统实现自同步运转和自同步稳定运转的条件。根据力心理论简要介绍了这种同步理论在设计大型的圆运动振动筛时的应用。分析表明 ,平面单质体不等质径积同向回转振动系统在满足一定的条件时可以实现自同步且稳定运转。用这种理论可以设计出结构简单、激振力大、噪音小的圆运动轨迹大型振动筛。
Based on the analysis of the motion of the same-dimension gyration system with plane-to-plane rotation, the Hamilton principle is used to establish the conditions for the system to realize self-synchronizing and self-synchronizing stability. The application of this kind of synchronization theory in the design of a large circular vibrating screen was briefly introduced according to the theory of force heart. The analysis shows that the plane-unwrapped mass-diameter product gyroscope system can achieve self-synchronization and stable operation under certain conditions. With this theory, a large-scale vibrating screen with a circular motion track with simple structure, large excitation force and small noise can be designed.
