根据对电网影响程度的原则进行阻塞费用分摊时,阻塞前后各电源在阻塞支路上的潮流变化量的计算是关键。提出了一种基于电源电流分布系数的阻塞费用分摊方法,结合线路的阻塞严重程度将阻塞费用分摊给各阻塞线路;对于阻塞支路的潮流变化量求取,从节点电压方程入手,推导出电源电流在网络中各支路的分布系数,而且指出该分布系数只与电网的结构参数有关。并根据上述分布系数可以准确求出各电源在支路传输功率的贡献份额,以及阻塞前后各电源在阻塞线路上的潮流变化量,依据各电源对阻塞线路的影响程度把该线路的阻塞费用分摊给各个电源。使用改进的IEEE 5节点系统进行算例分析。
