关于铸膜液成分和蒸发时间对多孔醋酸纤维素膜性能的影响已进行了研究,並且讨论了铸膜液结构,膜形成时溶剂的蒸发速度和膜收缩温度。报道了Batch 316型多孔醋酸纤维素膜的研制。当溶质分离为90%和供给水流动条件符合质量传递系数为45×10~(-4)厘米/秒的时候,膜的生产率在供给水为3500ppm的NaCl,压力为250 psig时,是21.5加仑/呎~2·天,当供给水为5000ppmNaCl,压力为600psig时,生产率为53.9加仑/呎~2·天。
The influence of casting solution composition and evaporation time on the properties of porous cellulose acetate membranes has been investigated and the structure of the casting solution, the evaporation rate of the solvent during film formation, and the film shrinkage temperature have been discussed. The development of Batch 316 porous cellulose acetate membrane was reported. Membrane productivity was 3500 ppm NaCl at feed water and 21.5 gallons at 250 psig when the solute was separated to 90% and the feed water flow conditions were in line with a mass transfer coefficient of 45 x 10 ~ (-4) cm / sec / Ft2 day, with feedwater of 5000 ppm NaCl, and a pressure of 600 psig, the productivity was 53.9 gallons / ft2 day.
