一、前言 80 Ni Cr Si是在含80%Ni的Ni-Fe合金基础上,增加2.8%左右Cr和1.3%左右Si的高导磁合金。它不但在弱磁场中具有高的导磁率,低的矫视力,而且具有较高的电阻率。合金的性能,除决定于主要化学元素的含量外,在很大程度上取决于合金中氧及非金属夹杂物的含量,并且轧制方法和成品热处理制度亦都有重大的影响。在Ni-Fe合金中,镍和氧的原子半径差距较大,当氧溶于Ni的基体中时,使晶格发生歪扭,因而产生内应力使磁性降低。当合金中含易氧化元素Si和Cr较高时,冶炼过程中不可避免的产生SiO_2、Al_2O_3及铬的氧化
I. Preface 80 Ni Cr Si is a high permeability magnetic alloy with about 2.8% Cr and about 1.3% Si on the basis of Ni-Fe alloy containing 80% Ni. It not only has a high magnetic permeability in the weak magnetic field, low visual acuity, but also has a high resistivity. In addition to the main chemical elements, the performance of the alloy depends largely on the content of oxygen and non-metallic inclusions in the alloy, as well as the rolling method and the finished product heat treatment system. In the Ni-Fe alloy, the difference in atomic radius between nickel and oxygen is large. When oxygen is dissolved in the Ni matrix, the crystal lattice is distorted, so that internal stress is generated to reduce the magnetic property. When the alloys contain high content of Si and Cr, which are easy to oxidize, the oxidation of SiO_2, Al_2O_3 and chromium will inevitably occur in the smelting process
