国产大型机械压力机的性能普遍存在吨位不足的问题,严重时甚至发生“闷车”。经试验研究认为,引起上述问题的主要原因是气动摩擦离合器设计计算方法不完善,使气动摩擦离合器不能及时传递额定扭矩所致。本文即对此问题进行论述,推导离合器进气系统的有关计算公式,提出解决问题的措施,可供改进设计、改造压力机参考。
The performance of domestic large-scale mechanical presses generally have the problem of insufficient tonnage, and even serious “stuffy cars” occur. The experimental study shows that the main reason causing the above problems is that the design method of the aerodynamic friction clutch is not perfect and the aerodynamic friction clutch can not transmit the rated torque in time. In this paper, this issue is discussed, derived the clutch intake system related to the calculation formula, put forward measures to solve the problem, for improved design, transformation of the press reference.
