斜井旋转钻进中,井斜控制主要由稳定器与钻铤组成的增斜、降斜、稳斜钻具来实施。文中通过下部钻具力学分析,应用近期研制的“井下稳定器安放位置调节器”组配的钻具组合,在正常钻井时,稳定器到钻头距离保持不变,钻具井斜性能相对稳定;停钻后,通过地面调整泵压或钻压来改变调节器伸缩量,使井下稳定器到钻头距离和钻具井斜性能发生变化。经现场应用表明,这种调节器能够由地面简单操作改变井下稳定器的安放位置和钻具井斜性能,避免起下钻重新组配钻具组合,可实现斜井旋转钻时的井斜连续控制。
Inclined shaft rotary drilling, well deviation control mainly by the stabilizer and drill collars composed by the ramp, down ramp, steady ramp drill to implement. In this paper, through the mechanics analysis of the lower part of drilling tool, the drilling tool combination combined with the “downhole stabilizer placement position regulator” recently developed is adopted. During the normal drilling, the distance from the stabilizer to the bit remains unchanged and the deviation performance of the drilling tool is relatively stable. After the drilling is stopped, the amount of expansion and contraction of the regulator is changed by adjusting the pump pressure or the weight on the ground to change the distance between the downhole stabilizer and the drill bit and the drilling deviation performance. The field application shows that this regulator can change the position of downhole stabilizer and the deviation performance of drilling tool by simple operation on the ground to avoid the reorganization drill assembly from drilling and drilling, control.
