以不同剂量微波辐照大鼠100天,发现<1mW·cm-2剂量辐照的单个大脑皮质细胞和全脑组织的RNADNA便呈无意义的减少。当微波剂量达5mW·cm-2时测较阴性对照显著降低(P<0.01),提示该剂量下连续暴露,可使脑细胞和组织RNA-DNA受到损伤,可导致中枢功能障碍。红外热辐可使体温升高近似5mW·cm-2剂量,但不损伤DNA-RNA,表明红外热作用与微波热效应的生物学作用性质截然不同。
In different doses of microwave irradiation of rats for 100 days, found that <1mW · cm-2 dose irradiation of single cerebral cortex cells and whole brain tissue RNADNA showed a meaningless reduction. When the microwave dose was up to 5 mW · cm-2, the negative control was significantly decreased (P <0.01), suggesting that continuous exposure at this dose could cause RNA-DNA damage in brain cells and tissues and lead to central dysfunction. Infrared heat radiation can make the body temperature increased by approximately 5mW · cm-2 dose, but does not damage DNA-RNA, indicating that the infrared heat and microwave heat effect of the biological role of nature is very different.
