滚动轴承环磨加工生产中广泛采用的电磁无心卡具,在加工结束后会给工件留下残磁。这种残磁对下道工序和轴承产品的质量都会带来不好的影响,因此在轴承生产工序间以及装配后均需进行退磁。目前国内外几乎都利用机外专用设备进行退磁,这些设备普遍存在退磁效果不稳定、耗电量大等弊病。如若利用无心卡具本身在机床的非磨削时间内自动地对工件进行退磁,则可以有效地解决上述问题。ZTC-1型无心卡具充退磁自动控制装置能接受外来信号控制卡具线圈的电流,为在机床上对工件自动进行充退磁开辟了新的途径。本文从无心卡具的电磁路结构入手,以洛阳轴承厂的LZ44磨床
