目的 对50例低分级脑星形细胞瘤(kernohan分级法Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)术后单纯放疗或放化疗综合治疗的 患者进行回顾性生存分析。方法 1994年1月～1998年12月我科收住低分级脑星形细胞瘤50例,均有术后病理 证实,根据术后治疗方案不同分为两组,即单纯放疗组予术后放疗,总剂量为50～66Gy;放化疗综合组予术后放疗 结束后再静脉给药化疗。结果 单纯放疗组1、3、5年生存率分别为100%、75.0%、53.6%,放化疗综合组1、3、5 年生存率分别为95.5%、72.7%、45.5%,两者无显著差异P>0.05。结论 对低分级脑星形细胞瘤术后放疗后不 提倡加用化疗。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 50 patients with low grade astrocytoma (kernohan grading Ⅰ and Ⅱ) treated with radiotherapy alone or radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods From January 1994 to December 1998, 50 cases of low grade astrocytoma were admitted in our department. All of them were confirmed by postoperative pathology. According to the different postoperative treatment protocols, they were divided into two groups, namely, radiotherapy alone , The total dose of 50 ~ 66Gy; radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined group to postoperative radiotherapy after intravenous chemotherapy. Results The 1, 3, 5-year survival rates of the radiotherapy alone group were 100%, 75.0% and 53.6%, respectively. The 1, 3 and 5-year survival rates of radiotherapy and chemotherapy group were 95.5%, 72.7% and 45.5% Difference P> 0.05. Conclusion Low-grade astrocytoma postoperative radiotherapy does not advocate the use of chemotherapy.
