教研活动是教师成长的重要平台,也是教师提升教学水平的一个加油站。但是,由于受到客观条件和主观因素的影响,民族地区一些中小学校的教研活动往往不能达到提高教师能力和解决教学中的问题的预期目的。提高教研活动的实效性,是教研机构、学校教研室、学科教师需要共同探讨的一个话题。本期的三篇文章,分别从上述三个视角进行了探讨,希望能有更多的读者参与到这个话题的思考与探讨中来。
Teaching and research activities are an important platform for teachers’ growth and a gas station for teachers to improve their teaching level. However, due to the objective conditions and subjective factors, some primary and secondary schools in ethnic minority teaching and research activities often can not achieve the intended purpose of improving teachers’ ability and solve the problems in teaching. Improving the effectiveness of teaching and research activities is a topic that needs to be explored jointly by teaching and research institutions, school teaching and research departments and subject teachers. This issue of the three articles, respectively, from the above three perspectives were discussed in the hope that more readers can participate in the topic of thinking and discussion.
