一般延长工具寿命,有开发质硬、耐磨耗性的工具材料和选用涂覆层材料两种方法。但这里介绍的方法是将工具材料置于磁场的方法。目前,利用脉冲磁场处理的有钻头、丝锥、指形铣刀、齿轮滚刀及其它的切削工具。几个公司二年间的试验结果表明,经磁场处理后的高速钢和超硬质材料工具效果十分显著(图1)。 Metcut所进行的304不锈钢立铣加工试验表明,高速钢铣刀寿命延长了18%,超硬合金铣刀延长了35%。
General extension of tool life, the development of hard, wear-resistant tool material and the choice of coating material in two ways. However, the method described here is a method of placing the tool material in a magnetic field. At present, the use of pulsed magnetic field processing with a drill, tap, finger cutter, gear hob and other cutting tools. Results from two years of testing at several companies show that the high-speed steels and hard materials tools after magnetic field treatment are very effective (Figure 1). Metcut 304 stainless steel end mill machining tests showed that the life of high-speed steel milling cutters increased by 18%, carbide cutters extended by 35%.
