本文针对荆门电厂2×600MW工程超临界锅炉的制粉系统,通过对HT-NR3燃烧器改造后,等离子体点火发生器应用于燃烧器前后墙对冲布置的超临界锅炉上的可行性,论述了等离子煤粉点火器的机理,结构,及对现场辅助设施系统进行的优化设计;暖磨干燥煤粉方法,并尝试用新技术来延长阴极、等离子体输送管的使用寿命,及其给电厂带来的巨大直接经济效益。
