目的 :探讨运动对大学生心理健康的影响方法 :通过对徐州医学院843名大学生分为运动群体与非运动群体,分别进行调查分析大学生的心理健康、压力、情绪状况,然后对于调查进行数据统计学分析。结果 :运动对大学生心理健康有直接促进作用;同时运动也对于大学生缓解压力、改善人际关系、调节情绪等心理健康有间接的促进作用。结论 :经常参与体育运动的大学生能缓解压力、调节不良情绪,促进交流等,从而使人身心愉悦,全面健康发展。
Objective: To explore the impact of exercise on the mental health of college students. Methods: 843 college students in Xuzhou Medical College were divided into sports groups and non-sports groups, and were investigated to analyze the mental health, stress and emotional status of college students. Then, analysis. Results: Exercise had a direct effect on mental health of college students. At the same time, exercise also had an indirect effect on psychological health such as relieving stress, improving interpersonal relationship and regulating emotion. Conclusion: The college students who regularly participate in sports can relieve stress, regulate negative emotions, promote communication, and so on, thus making people feel happy physically and mentally and develop healthily in an all-round way.
