益阳阳光青年城是由商铺和小户型公寓组成的综合型建筑,位于益阳市高新区大学城,毗邻湖南城市学院校区。本方案中,一、二层商铺按照3种不同形态进行组合,即北侧线型的商业街、中间的商业广场和东南部的聚落内院类型。这种布局有别于传统沿街商铺单一的线性空间,创造出一种容易进入和变化多样的商业空间。3-12层的公寓平面采用了曲尺型外廊式布局,其伸展的体量宛若一艘巨轮漂浮在由商铺组成的海洋之
Yiyang Sunshine Youth City is a complex consisting of shops and small apartments. It is located in Yiyang High-tech Zone University Town and adjacent to Hunan City University Campus. In this program, the first and second floor shops are grouped in three different forms, namely the north side of the commercial street, the middle of the commercial plaza and southeast of the settlement courtyard type. This layout is different from the traditional linear storefront shops, creating a kind of easy to enter and change a variety of commercial space.
