作为思维的本质属性和认知工具,隐喻的重要性不言而喻。培养隐喻思维能力对外语教学意义重大。本文在分析了构成隐喻思维能力的三要素及其关系的基础上,以问卷的形式对非英语专业大学生的隐喻思维能力进行了调查,之后采用了渗透隐喻理论与强化隐喻意识、注重系统地隐喻训练以及跨文化对比认知三个较为具体的应用策略对大学生隐喻思维能力的培养进行了实践探索。研究发现学生的隐喻思维能力有了较为明显的改善并对其英语学习产生了积极的影响。然而,隐喻思维能力的培养是一个长期而复杂的过程,故需更多后续的研究来补充和完善。
As the essential attribute of thinking and cognitive tools, the importance of metaphor is self-evident. Developing metaphorical thinking is of great significance to foreign language teaching. Based on the analysis of the three elements that constitute metaphorical thinking ability and their relations, this paper investigates the metaphorical thinking ability of non-English majors in the form of questionnaire, and then adopts the theory of infiltrative metaphor and the metaphorical consciousness to strengthen metaphorical metaphor Training and cross-cultural comparison of cognitive three more specific application strategies for college students’ metaphorical thinking ability of practice exploration. The research found that students’ metaphorical thinking ability improved obviously and had a positive impact on their English learning. However, the cultivation of metaphorical thinking ability is a long-term and complex process, so more follow-up research is needed to supplement and perfect it.
