我们在研究猪苓多糖的抗癌作用机理时发现猪苓多糖对荷肝癌小鼠的肝脏有保护作用。后来临床上也试图用猪苓多糖应用于肝炎治疗,并获得初步结果。本工作是利用实验动物对这个问题进行探讨,为临床治疗肝炎的工作提供理论依据。 以四氧化碳中毒小鼠为实验性肝病变模型,测定了猪苓多糖给药前后血清GPT、肝糖原积累,糖异生作用的关键酶活力及肝脏酸性磷酸酶活力等指标的变化。实验结果表明:四氯化碳中毒后小鼠的血清GPT活力上升,肝糖原积累减少,肝脏的葡萄-6-
When we studied the anti-cancer mechanism of Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharides, we found that Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide has protective effect on the liver of liver cancer-bearing mice. Later, clinical trials have also been attempted to use hepatitis B polysaccharides for the treatment of hepatitis and to obtain preliminary results. This work is to use experimental animals to explore this issue and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of hepatitis. Taking carbon tetrachloride poisoned mice as experimental liver disease model, changes of serum GPT, hepatic glycogen accumulation, key enzyme activities of gluconeogenesis, and hepatic acid phosphatase activity before and after administration of polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide were determined. The experimental results showed that the serum GPT activity of mice after carbon tetrachloride poisoning increased, liver glycogen accumulation decreased, the liver of grape -6-
