自从跨入二年级以后,我班围绕“小鲤鱼中队”文化,建立了“红泡泡小队”、“黄泡泡小队”、“蓝泡泡小队”、“绿泡泡小队”四个正式小队组织。从组队后,就一直以小队的形式组织参加学校大型活动、开展班级活动(包括学科学习活动)以及每天的大课间活动。现在学生已经升至四年级,学生综合素养的全面提升离不开小队组织的有计划、有目的培养。下面我就以曾经上过的四节策划类汇报课为例,谈一谈学生综合素养的有向培养和提升。一、《亮相开幕式》——小队骨干力量培养小队建设初期的关键是培养小队的核心力量,即小队长的培养。
